guys aku butuh masukkan gimana kl aku makan roti coklat yg doble diatas sm didalem coklatnya gt kira2 500kkal sedangkan bmr aku 1700 kan dan skrg masih 900kkal an. boleh ga ya. Jd kl makan ini jd 1400
