Sebenernya hari ini ga berharap banyak bakalan turun soalnya minggu kemaren kebanyakan cheat meal dari mulai makan roti gandum sampe 2 bungkus (600gr) sampe ayam geprek 2 porsi. Tapi alhamdulillah bisa turun😊
