Off for 5 days this week and had family and friends visiting. Didnt excercise this week but was walking most days as I was golfing. Only problem was I eat out 4 nights (3 course) and had plenty to drink. Not to worried as I knew in advance of the challenge this might happen (small weight gain)back to grindstone tomorrow.
