kalau hari pertama haid terasa nyeri lemah lesu skip dulu olganya baru hari ke 2 haid mulai lagi olganya. tapi kalau hari pertama haid nggak ada masalah lanjut aja. karena pas masa" haid itu masa yg paling bagus untuk membakar lemak secara maksimal dan meningkatkan metabolisme tubuh
