I’ve gained 2 lbs in a week. I’m not so sure a low carb plans for me. Any advice?! P.S. - I haven’t exercised since the 26th because I had a shoulder replacement.

KH keep doing what you're doing don't worry about the two pound weight gain you did have shoulder replacement and there for your body's having to readjust as far as the exercising is concerned get back with it as soon as possible that's what keeps your metabolism burning those extra calories.

Surgery and pain meds will cause wait gain. Two pounds....no big deal. Weight loss is not a race but a journey. Take care of yourself and worry about the weight loss later. Just keep your food choices reasonable! ❤️

I agree! Keep doing what you’re doing for awhile! Anesthesia takes 6 weeks to flush out of your body and can slow everything down as you can imagine!!! You are going to be fine!!!

Calories In - Calories Out. You may need to watch the intake until you can move more. It is so hard. I hope your shoulder heals well!

surgery and drugs can cause you to retain water. I would give yourself time to heal. lack of exercise and activity also play into things. if you are tracking your calories and keeping within where you need to be it will eventually level out.
