Another great day staying on track yesterday. The scale moved down just a little more. The program I am following requires me to weigh every day. Now that the scale is moving it’s not as annoying. But now I can definitely see I was eating to much even if it was Keto approved food. It will be interesting to see what my 6 month blood work will look like. I believe my initial blood work was in the end of June. So somewhere around Christmas I will need to have it done.
Hubby has asked what I want for Christmas. I am thinking I would like a dexa scan done to show my actual fat percentage. They have package prices so you can get more than one. I think it might help motivate me.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
