I have been adding macadamia nuts, almonds and broccoli back into diet. I might be doing too much munching on the nuts.
96.7 kg Lost so far: 24.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Weigh the nuts - one ounce only per serving. Then put the container away. Take the one ounce of nuts into another room to eat. Savor each nut slowly, one at a time. This is the only way I can eat nuts.
