Ate two cones, big salad with ?? Salad dressing, two bowls of grape nuts with heavy cream...day of court continuance...pigged our without concern. Was 141.-something yesterday and ate very carefully so was down to 139.8 this morning before poop.
63.4 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
