Lost a family member this summer, and have really struggled with my role in my family and in life. Felt lost, and certainly didn't feel like dieting.
Now, I am depressed how much and how fast I've regained weight. I need to work on it, but I have so many things I need to do it is hard to justify spending even a second on myself or for my health.

You need to remember that you are important too. You need to take care of yourself. I am sorry to hear about you losing someone close to you. Just take it one day at a time.

Good to see you girl, I wondered how you were doing. Sorry for your loss, & sorry to hear you're struggling overall. It's definitely not easy to put self-care at the top of your priority list, but look at it this way: How would your ability to deal with all of the life stuff be impacted by you taking better care of yourself? It's hard to do, & none of us do it "perfectly" all the time, or even most of the time. Pick one thing to start doing for yourself & don't worry about the rest. Worry about the next step when it's time to take it. (((hugs))) ~ Kat
