I gained weight while I was away. And instead of cleansing, getting back on track I cheated 2 more days 😔. Today though I had a run and 20min high intensity workout. Tomorrow I begin 2 challenges: booty challenge and a writing challenge.
67 kg Lost so far: 19.6 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
