i was pretty sure i would see a pound down today. last 2 days i did really well and worked out a lot. going to have another 1300ish calorie day today so i can be around 1800 tomorrow. Tomorrow's Uncle Eds bday, Aunt Sarahs makikng taco casserole and im making cake. im thinking cousin Jenny will be there. she always eats healthy, i like to use her for a good role model. Im looking forward to dinner. im off to do some housework, good thing it counts as excersize. ;)
