Recently ate something that must have had gluten or corn or both because my stomach has been seriously hurting. It takes about a week of “clean” eating for the pain to diminish. Been good for several days now and the pain isn’t quite as bad.
When I made these lifestyle changes in May, I commented to aabbadabba how impressed I was with her goal weight as I never thought I would see that number again. Now, I have the same goal and just may make it!! I am within 10 lbs of it. Yippee!
