Slowly, slowly....

Zumba challenge starts tomorrow. Hope my heart can take it!

Have cut down on coffee, I wonder if that's been a problem all along. I've been drinking 2 pots a day for years. Most of that was regular, semi-strong, just recently went 60/40. Never liked drinking water either, too boring. But what doesn't thrill us makes us thinner!
98.2 kg Lost so far: 24.3 kg.    Still to go: 30.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Drinking water is a habit. I was never big on water, but now I don't drink anything else - other than coffee and tea. In the beginning it was "boring", as you say, but after a while you simply get used to it. I'm not about to let go of coffee, though. :)
