Well a gain this week. I was in Frankenmuth for 4 days of shopping and eating chicken dinners with my daughter for a mini vacation. had a great time but it is hard to control vacation type eating. The bakeries have great pies and pastry. But now I have to really buckle down and get back on track. It was hard controlling eating carbs. And I need to work on losing belly fat. So any diet tips for this would be appreciated. I am in my 70s and have some back and hip issues so am limited in exercise.
88.7 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
