Not surprised 😯, considering the carbs I ate yesterday. Also been weight training but I don’t think it would have the increase effect as the food does. Ran nicely yesterday, actually surprised myself and thoroughly enjoyed it. Of coarse I needed to, after a day of bad eating. Sore body😜today...Need to get out of 83kg
