I went to look at your food log but did not see anything. so I can not suggest any tweeks. sometimes you need to change something up to make movement. change your macro's around a bit . I assume you cut your sugar and refined flour products these are two things that add up calories quickly. a lot of cheese can also stall a plan

Baskington - I am logging my foods on “My Fitness Pal” because it links with the Fitbit app. I have seen that FatSecret supposedly does too now but I haven’t figured out how yet.
I set my calorie goal at 1500 and usually make it but you are right that I need to change something.

Try eliminating all white flour, sugar, artificial sweeteners, alcohol, and white rice for awhile. It might work for you. Mix up your proteins and add beans and lots of seasoning, especially chilli pepper, black pepper, and cayenne. Might work.

I was stalled for 2 or so months. I started having a higher day here and there and finally went down 5lb in a couple days. Didn't make sense but maybe tricking your body would help if you're doing a straight 1500 every day. Try up day down day so it equals out?

good that you do, you can look over things and see what you can adjust, going lower carb does help. you also may need to bump it up for a week if you have been strict on the calories, the body will sometimes fight back.

Hitting a plateau is frustrating. Sometimes the body needs to adj. and take a step back. Baby steps
