Day 15. Happy October! I have eaten so far almost 800cal, hope for a light dinner. Had a nice 30min run and two 5-min workouts (posture, and dancing). Yay!
65.2 kg Lost so far: 21.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
