I am overweight!!! Yeah, I know, most of us here are. Big deal. But today, it IS a big deal. Today, I am NOT OBESE, I'm just overweight.
So, I started this journey in March, and every single day since then, I've planned, tracked, calculated, and managed my food intake very carefully and closely. Around mid-April, hubs started noticing the weight loss and decided to join in. Of course, his way of joining in was simply to mimic whatever I ate and call it good. Whenever he's away from me, he just grabs a fast-food salad and considers himself taken care of. THEN he started a new job a couple of months later that was more physical than his previous job. All that added up, he's (somewhat accidently) lost 56 lbs, only 6 less than me. Geez, I hate men, LOL.
