Gone up a little today but that doesnt surprise me! i had a bit of a cheat day yesterday and didnt eat very well. Trying to get myself back on track today and into usual routine.
60.7 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
