last Sunday and Monday I weighed in at 190.2 I was just so devastated, 2 years ago in September i was 165 but it has been creeping back up ever since. 25lbs. im 2 years that is a lot of snacking, I don't handle boredom, stress or anxiety very well. There's a lot of unconscious eating that goes on. I need to be more mindful and engaged with what is going in my mouth.
