I'm doing much better with my diet again, now that I have my "appetite" back. I'm eating prorated portions when "eating out" and eating healthier.

I was kind of surprised I weighed so little when I weighed myself this morning, because I was wearing dressed and in jeans. Normally I'm just wearing my pajamas which I've found weigh less than my normal every day clothes.
70.0 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
