Well, was out of town for a week during which we celebrated my uncle's 94th birthday and visited with relatives not seen for awhile. Good news, it was fun. Bad news I gained 3 pounds. Lost one lb. already. Birthday cake, homemade nutroll, eating at the local wonderful Italian restaurant. Hope to lose what I gained as in another week, I will be going to Frankenmuth for shopping and the wonderful chicken dinner and dinner at the local brewery. So am probably looking at no loss for this month. So this month will be a fun month and next month hopefully a weight loss month. Have a nice weekend everyone!
88.0 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
