Water, fat, muscle, and and and.. the scale is only ONE indicator and does NOT tell the whole story 🌺

Have you done measurements of your body? If you exercise regularly, then the scale may not tell you anything, but measurements will tell you a different story. Good luck though!

Hi Leksie and Monique, I have not taken measurements lately but I do feel a difference on my clothing... just not enough to make me really excited... guess I just have to be patient. Thanks for the encouragement... I do need to be reminded that the body is a tricky thing, just got to keep at it...🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️
