Soo, I ate 1800 calories yesterday. The scale just reminded me. But if I'm on my game I'll be able to hold my 1500 today because I DIDN'T forget my water bottle yesterday and am eating left overs and fruits for the day.
80.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
