Good week fighting cravings- twice this week have fought off the temptation of breaking my fast early to get a Starbucks Pumpkin Scone - staying on track! Long way to go - still haven’t really started to climb the mountain but have started to break the habits that got me into this mess. Three pounds a week is likely unsustainable so expect next week won’t be the same- slo and steady always wins the race!
