I have no explanation but balanced eating - I was chicken to not enter weight but only not true to thyself - It is a point in time - I always in my whole life float back to 200 or 205 , always - I was seeing if I could push it to the 190 or 180s, really 185-190 is perfect-
This weekend the bad chinese got me, too much rice and fried sticky chinese food got me - Of course, I ate it , so there -
I always thought of myself as a leader, and not so much now - That is what I feel worst about -
I will just watch food better each day - I am getting plenty of exercise and got to get rid of some stress -
Besides that, sucking it up -
