저녁ㅡ닭가슴살 125g 배추10장 대추토마토 10개 토마토 소스.
저녁간식ㅡ 참크래커 6개. 설탕 뺀 믹스커피.
운동ㅡ 1만보 걷기.
73.4 kg Lost so far: 20.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
