I was pretty disappointed to see the scale go up, but i know I haven't been disciplined enough in the past couple of weeks, and that i just need to start being more diligent and I'll keep losing. On the bright side, I've (slowly) started running again, and gained some muscle in my core and on my arms thanks to some at-home workouts, so what I gained was most likely muscle.
