Well. Good news and bad news. Vacationed with my 2 daughters. My daughter lives on a lake. So for a week during the labor day holiday, we were in the lake, floating, boating, having fun. Enjoying food (apoetizers, queso and chips, birthday cuocakes, some beer and wine ) and some shoe shopping. Now the bad news 😖. Gained a little over 3 lbs and no loss for the month of August. Good news is I have lost 2 of those pounds. Soo, back in the wagon again. Going to have smoothies for breakfast and lunch. Minimal dinner of 4 oz.protein, 2 cups veggies and one cup of fruit. And ask the Lord for strength. But I have to admit I loved every bite of that pumpkin cupcake. And made wonderful memories!!
87.7 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
