I cheated with way too much sugar and carbs over the holiday weekend 😢. By tomorrow I know I will be back to 156 so I’m not stressing over the weight. I’m still satisfied with a slow and steady weight loss and for the most part I’m now in a size 10 clothes which for me is a huge success. Just wish I could get to my first goal so I can feel accomplished. It’ll happen soon I’m sure, just wanted to journal where my mind was today. Happy Thursday everyone!
