Day 5 195 challenge - there now and can't believe it - I weighed twice to make sure scale not broke - I have been eating well except for ice cream - a bowl a day staple 2 scoops and 3 beers a day bud select but feeling as if I have had a lot of stuff in the bowels (had to say it )- did a lot of work around the house , walking , recumbent bike (1 hour )did some sit-ups to become more comfortable and this happened - my bowels released - big time
I didn't eat until noon both Sunday and saturday - I preface this food journal in that my starting Atkins in the past , the day before I started was a binge day and then after starting Atkins , I lost significant weight loss (before) the next couple of days -
Yesterday - chicken quarter , thigh (off my grill) dry , ranch salad meal salad , 2 eggs , black angus burger , 3 bud select , Bowl broccoli
What will tomorrow bring?
I am very happy and surprised and shocked -
