Had bad cramps this week so took a break from the gym but hopefully will be back in action this week. Still happy with the loss especially without being in the gym. Only 6 more pounds to that 100lb mark. Woohoo!
151.5 kg Lost so far: 42.6 kg.    Still to go: 60.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
