Ak cuma clean eating aja kak (no minyak, gula, garam, dan daging merah 😜), tp seminggu sekali ada jdwl cheat meal di siang tiap sabtu atau minggu. Sama olahraga aja kak, aku rutin bulutangkis 3x seminggu, kadang tambahin HIIT, atau yoga stretching setiap sebelum tidur 😁 semangat kak!
