Cut back on food intake. Still eating normal, but not as much. Exercising a little more. Sore today, but Boot Camp tonight for 1hr. Hopefully lose a few inches plus weight. I am really motavitated now...
75.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
