Happy Wednesday everyone - I think I am in the plateau phase of my health journey. I've been hovering between 155 to 157 (don't get me wrong, I love being at my high school weight) - I'll retweak my workouts and my food intake to see what kind of body composition changes I can get. I'm thinking of doing a Spartan race next year so if anybody has any workout tips, let me know. Have a great day everyone.
