gosh I am sorry you are not feeling great, not eating enough will definitely do that. I frequently have that problem when I only eat 1000 to 1300 calories.

I know you probably don't want to hear it, but you must have a very hearty breakfast of something you like. I have to force myself to eat in the morning but it is a must to get feeling better. It takes a couple hours after eating and a lot of drinking to feel better.

So glad to see you lifting weights. I believe that this will give you the body your want. If I did not lift weights I would NOT be happy with my body (even though I hit my normal BMI). However, please be careful with yourself :) As for 'dizzy' I vote for more electrolytes :) I journaled about how I got 'lethargic' yesterday and needed to hit them 3 times over the day.

Good job with the AM workouts! They make such a difference for me - mentally as much as physically. It's a struggle for me to get there, but I've been doing better. Keep up the good work!

If you wake up dizzy, most likely your electrolytes are low. Have a cup of salty broth, bouillon, or electrolyte supplement and you should feel better quickly. I read too often, people low on electrolytes falling and being injured.

I am not buying a new scale because every time someone does their weight goes up! Hope you feel better - good thing that you skipped the gym today.

Dizzy and blood pressure gets too low if I diet too strongly. Extra liquids seem to help me.

Thanks guys! I am not drinking enough. I’ve been adding electrolytes to my water, and using that as an excuse not to push myself to drink more water. Also I might have been dizzy because I’m waking up after about 4-5 hours of sleep 🤷♀️ My brain refuses to stay dormant for longer that 5 hours ☹️😞

Baskington I fast from 8pm to 2pm most days. Lifting weights might mean I need to rethink the way I’m dieting. But moving my window to the beginning of the day is probably going to be torture.

I do find that when I take the electrolyte concentrate I do not need to drink as much water. This is actually a good thing for me because drinking a ton of water and going to the bathroom every hour is actually depleting my electrolytes.
