It has been a week of ups and downs but I have a small loss for the week. Going away for the labor day holiday. A mini visit and last fling of the summer so my goal will be to hold steady and not gain as I am not a fast loser. So have a nice Sunday all!
87.4 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
