Thinking about not drinking any calories for the month of June. Wine is a trigger for me and lately I have been drinking too much of it. I would never just break open a couple of Snickers after dinner and eat them, yet I don't blink twice before I have had a couple glasses of wine. And then after or with the wine, I want something salty and crunchy and I get into the snacks. Its a slippery slope.
So I am thinking of going cold turkey - NONE, not a drop of alcohol for the month of June. I know there will be challenges (already have social events lined up that will most definitely include drinks) but if I just draw the line in the sand and stick to it, it is way easier. None of the...it'll be just the one well, maybe two...stuff. Its just a month. 30 days. And my body will thank me for it.
