Hmm, didnt sleep a lot and ate dinner after 7pm. Additionally, constipated. We will see tomorrow what is up as i will play softball today.
108.6 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 26.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thats the problem with low carb diets, not enough fiber. Maybe more veggies in your diet?
