Thanks John, I'm not really concerned about losing weight anymore because I'm at 149.4 and 6 ft tall I'm only 14 pounds from being borderline underweight, I don't weigh in everyday anymore maybe once a month now don't want to be underweight, I've tried to focus on a sustainable lifestyle diet where I don't have to count calories or worry about future out of control unhealthy diet or eating changes that might cause weight gain. Like going back to non-vegan. Conditioning is good goal for me. If I continue to lose weight i can't go under 135 because it's anorexic.
