About six weeks ago I set out to get my weight under control again. I lost 115 lbs between sometime in 2010-2011. Then I took a very stressful job working for the state and gained back most of that weight within a couple of years. I quit that job just over a year later in 2012. A series of events and financial struggles deflated my drive to reclaim my previous gains. Today I have achieved a major milestone that I set for myself. I wanted to lose 30 lbs before increasing my physical activity to avoid over stressing my knees and other joints. Now I can continue to move forward and accelerate my weight loss like I did the first time. It originally took me approximately 9 months to get down from 333.8 to 218 and I’m well on my way. I wish others similar success. You can do it if you try.
137.8 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 35.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
