I'm so excited! Finally, another pound off and I've been working my butt off for it! But the effort is worth it since I feel stronger and more flexible. I found that slowing down my eating and waking up every morning to exercise is the way to go to get the extra weight off.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
