I actually have been dieting for two weeks before I found FS.
I was eating everything that didn’t eat me first for a long time then my daughter n law told me she was going to try Keto. So being I have HBP and verge of diabetes 2 and now fatty liver. I said what the heck. It shouldn’t make things worse.
It was the shear cut in food that shed the first weight. Then my body said. Feed me and when I didn’t I stayed at 185. So I started dropping the fruit I love and eat scrambled eggs and bacon. And drink Adkins choc shake delite and am starting to drop slowly.
No miracle just body in shock. Ha ha
