Back from my vacation on Tuesday with my sister. Really happy with my eating. I took off what I gained there but still overall had a loss over the last 2 weeks. So am doing a Happy dance. Eating out and watching my salt intake is a challenge. Have a nice weekend!
87.7 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
