It's just a blip. Next week it will balance out. If you have truly kept to your diet blah blah it will be OK. Don't give up, keep the faith!

I was on meds that made me gain 15 lbs of mostly water. I got on different meds and feel way better.
Constant thirst means your body and liver are not processing correctly. Try milk thistle to cleanse your liver.

Muscle weighs far more than fat, and initially as you begin to lose fat and tone up/ gain muscle you will add muscle weight before the fat starts properly shifting. Don’t be discouraged and don’t give up, if you’re eating well and pushing yourself enough with exercise, you will see results.

if I didn't have a Tanita body composition monitor I would have gone mad after the first two weeks of challenging diet+heavy duty at gym. instead I found out that I was losing fat but gaining even more lean mass, which is gonna be great investment for the future :) Also, women react differently to over training than men, and as a result you could end up cumulating more liquids. a body composition check could help you clear your mind on that. my gym has one free to use, maybe yours has one too?

its okay.. if u are going to the gym and following a diet, it might be a muscle growth, which is good
the regular in your case wont give the correct result

Max muscle growth for someone who weighs around 150Ib they can gain normally max 27Ib a year so it could be a bit of both water and some muscle, I know a lot of people say they go to the gym 5 times a week and yoga watching everything they eat etc... but if you are sat in a office with your job It’s not that much even if you spend 2 hours a time in the gym, have you got a manual job or office?
