Weekly weigh-in progress report #9 BF= 39.6% NOTE: Friends took us out for lunch to celebrate bdays and had a piece of carrot cake w/cream cheese frosting too. But it was more important to me to have the rare social gatherings with my tribe than staying in fear about how much I would lose/gain this week. *Also this coming Thursday, my in-laws are taking us out for a dinner celebration and we haven't seen them for months so I am not declining. If it takes a little longer, so be it.
