So not impressed with weekend!! spent all day Saturday eating very little planning for Farnborough Air Show BBQ at my house, had only a couple of beers a burger, sausage and jacket with salad and some how managed to put on 4lbs 😫😫😫
102.5 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
