嗯,家裡沒體重計所以可能一個月或半個月去運動中心量嚕…😅其實我斷斷續續減重瘦了又胖,胖了又瘦,因為運動去年11月我把抽了20多年的夥伴菸先生給拋棄了!結果慢慢的從55kg到目前這體重65kg😂😂😂
連以前的褲子都穿不下了XD 一念之間大事不妙的概念,下定決心開始實施戒貪食啦啦啦😅😬😀
