Ud 5 hari konsumsi gk lbh dari 1500cal. Bb 88 TB 177. Rada lama jg y turun ny
88 kg Lost so far: 13 kg.    Still to go: 13 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sabar mbak.... 1 bulan turun 2-3 kg. Tambah olahraga mbak. Aku aja udah 10 bln defisit kalori (makan di 1400 kalori), olahraga jalan pagi 6.5km dlm 80 mnt, 6x seminggu dan sdh turun 17kg.

sabar say. saya aja sebulan maksimal cuma turun 5 kiloo.. dan alhamdulilah tetep makan seperti biasa..
