剛喝完拿鐵咖啡怎感覺有點噁心胃怪怪的餒😥
每天喝水2500~3000cc
我也不知道到底是低碳低醣低脂,那個適合自己
不過吃食物原型就對了吧?😋

其實, 水喝多點,很讚。 飲料、麵包、糖果、餅乾..等等外加糖的食物盡量克制一下, 這些就可以搞很久了。👍 加油💪💪
